Does the map include offshore islands and bathymetry (underwater terrain)?

Yes, many of the islands are in place, with many more to be added. The map in its preliminary form has bathymetry data west of Lindon consistent with an interpretation of the sunken Beleriand event at the end of the First Age (see 'The Silmarillion'). Bathymetry extends from the entire coastline to the abyssal plain charted at around 5000 metres below sea level.
